(a) Information you provide: name, email, phone, company name and message content submitted via contact form, email, bot conversation or booking.

(b) Information collected automatically: when you visit the site, the server and analytics tools log IP address, browser, OS, visit time, referrer, page path and device language.

(c) Bot conversation data: chat content, choices and context submitted via the embedded Typebot widget (hosted at bot.teamesys.com).

(d) Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6.

• Provide, improve and maintain our services and site;
• Analyse usage patterns to improve content and experience;
• With your explicit consent, send marketing or run remarketing;

We use the following third parties to process data. See each provider's site for their own policy:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and security (data may be processed at global edge nodes)
• Typebot — embedded chatbot hosting
• Google Analytics 4 (if enabled) — traffic analytics
• Meta Pixel / Conversions API (if enabled) — ad performance
• LinkedIn Insight (if enabled) — ad performance

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only when (i) you have consented; (ii) it is necessary to deliver the service; or (iii) the law requires it.

• Contact form and business correspondence: 7 years from end of engagement (compliance and audit)
• Bot conversation logs: deleted after 12 months unless converted to active engagement
• Analytics: per the tool's default (GA4 default 14 months)
• Newsletter subscriber data: until you unsubscribe

This site uses the following Cookie categories:

• Essential — keep core function (language preference, theme, consent state). Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics — help us understand site usage (e.g. GA4). You may accept or refuse.
• Marketing — for remarketing (e.g. Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight). Off by default; only on with your explicit consent.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time, and change preferences via the site's cookie consent banner.

Because Cloudflare, Google, Meta and similar providers are global platforms, your data may be processed outside Hong Kong. We ensure overseas processors meet protections substantively equivalent to this Policy (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum).

Under PDPO and GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Restrict or object to specific processing
• Withdraw consent for marketing communication
• Lodge a complaint with the Hong Kong Privacy Commissioner (PCPD, pcpd.org.hk)

This site does not collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and find your child has submitted data without permission, contact us to delete it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS, access controls, and regular security review. No transmission or storage method is 100% secure; we cannot absolutely guarantee security.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted on the site and notified via the contact details you provided. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Policy. The latest version on this page always governs.
