No. Team-E is an IP agency service provider, not the Hong Kong IPD or a government body. The official examination and final decision are made by the Hong Kong IPD.
03What is included in the HK$3,500 package?
The first-class package is HK$3,500 and includes basic trademark search, class planning, application material preparation, filing and basic examination follow-up. Each additional class is HK$1,500.
04Should I file the word mark, logo, or both?
It depends on your actual brand use, budget and protection focus. During the initial enquiry, we will first understand your name, logo and use case, then organise the filing direction.
